Redactco provides marketing services for small businesses, including lead generation systems, CRM and follow-up automation, website and funnel design, and local SEO.
This policy describes how Redactco handles information collected through redactco.com, our related forms and booking pages, and communications with us.

Information we collect
When you request an audit, book an appointment, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, industry, growth challenges, interested services, marketing budget, appointment details, and messages.
Our website hosting, security, and embedded services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, access times, and interactions with forms or booking tools.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank statements, account passwords, mortgage applications, or other sensitive financial information through Redactco’s audit form.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and prepare requested audits.
- Schedule appointments and provide related updates.
- Recommend and deliver services.
- Maintain contact records and follow-up tasks.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and protect our website and systems.
- Send marketing communications when you have chosen to receive them.

Forms, calendars, and service providers
We use GoHighLevel to support forms, appointment scheduling, contact management, and follow-up communications.
We also use providers supporting website hosting, security, email delivery, and related business operations. These providers may process information needed to perform their services.
Embedded forms and calendars may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information when you interact with them. Their operation is also subject to the relevant provider’s privacy practices.
Email and text messages
We may contact you about an audit request, appointment, or service inquiry. Marketing email subscriptions are optional. You can unsubscribe through an email’s unsubscribe link, where provided, or contact admin@redactco.com.
Text messages are sent according to the consent you provide and applicable requirements. Any SMS consent choices are optional and are separate from submitting an audit request.
For text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact admin@redactco.com.
Consent to Redactco communications does not authorize promotional messages from another business.
Other businesses and marketing choices
An audit request does not automatically subscribe you to communications from Impelly Financial or NonQMFunds.
If you are interested in another business’s services, you can visit its website and submit a separate request. Information submitted there is governed by that business’s privacy policy.
We do not sell audit leads or provide their contact details to other businesses for independent marketing. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent are not provided to other businesses for their promotional use.
Service providers supporting our operations may process information to deliver their services, as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Cookies and tracking
Our website and embedded tools may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, preferences, and form or booking features.
As of the date above, Redactco has not installed Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We will update this policy before enabling those tools and provide applicable notices and choices.
You can manage cookies through your browser and through website cookie controls where available. Blocking cookies may affect some features.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to address requests, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose.
No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general inquiry forms.
Your choices and requests
You may contact admin@redactco.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop marketing communications.
We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled according to applicable law, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Children’s privacy
Redactco’s services are intended for business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. The updated version will show a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using previously collected information for a materially different purpose.
